Privacy Policy

Our Cookie Policy is available at organicup.com/cookie-policy (the “Cookie Policy”).

By making a purchase on our site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and you are consenting to (or promising that you have obtained appropriate consent for) the collection and use of personal information by us in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Shipping methods

Shipping methods are specific to the country of destination. All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

For country specific delivery times, please go to the check out page and select your shipping destination.

Please note:

The estimated delivery time is from the day the order has been shipped.

The order may take 1-2 weekdays to process before it is shipped.

We cannot change your delivery address after your order is placed, so please make sure it is correct.

All orders outside the EU and the US are potentially subject to customs and import duties.

We offer the following shipping methods:

EU COUNTRIES

  • Mail Tracked: 4-9 weekdays.
  • Mail Untracked: 7-17 weekdays (only available in select countries).

All orders to EU countries are sorted and dispatched by Deutsche Post DHL Group in Denmark/Germany and transferred to the local postal service of the country of destination for delivery.

Origin of shipping: All orders within the EU are shipped from Denmark via Frankfurt, Germany.

NON-EU COUNTRIES

  • Mail Tracked: 4-11 weekdays + time for Customs processing*.

All orders to non-EU countries are sorted and dispatched by Deutsche Post DHL Group in Denmark/Germany and transferred to the local postal service of the country of destination for delivery.

Origin of shipping: All orders outside the EU (except Canada and USA) are shipped from Denmark via Frankfurt, Germany.

*Customs processing and clearance times can vary greatly – we advise customers to direct all inquiries regarding customs to the local postal service of the country of destination or refer to tracking information online.

USA

  • UPS Mail Innovations Tracked: 4-7 weekdays.

All orders to USA are delivered by UPS and are traceable via UPS. 

Origin of shipping: All orders to USA are fulfilled and shipped from NY, USA via UPS.

CANADA

  • UPS Mail Innovations International Tracked: 4-13 weekdays + time for customs processing*.

All orders to Canada are delivered by UPS and are traceable via UPS.

Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods on our website:

Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Your order will be processed after we have received the payment.

If you pay via bank transfer, you will be required to pay within a limited time-frame. Payment received after the deadline will automatically be refunded, and your order will be cancelled.

Cancellation & Editing orders

You can cancel or edit your order anytime before it has been shipped.

To cancel or edit an order, please send an email to support@organicup.com. In the email you must include your order number and the info you’d like to change so we can process it ASAP.

If your order has already been shipped, you must return the package before we can reship your order. Send us an email and we will look into your case.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In our experience, it can take up to three menstrual cycles to become entirely comfortable using the OrganiCup.
Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee in case you are not satisfied with it after 90 days.

Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to receive a free size exchange and/or a full refund of the product (excl. shipping cost and handling fee).

Our satisfaction guarantee is subject to these terms and conditions:

  1. It only applies to the following products: OrganiCup size Mini, OrganiCup size A and OrganiCup size B.

  2. You may claim the guarantee 90 days after the purchase date.

  3. You are only entitled to one size exchange and one refund per order.

  4. The satisfaction guarantee is valid one year from the purchase date.

  5. The satisfaction guarantee is only valid, if you have purchased the OrganiCup directly from us or from any of our retailers. It is required that you provide proof of purchase.

  6. If you claim the guarantee, you are required to return your items to the following address:

Our decision on all matters relating to the satisfaction guarantee is final.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, or discontinue the guarantee at any time. If we discontinue the guarantee, we will still process all eligible purchases made prior to the guarantee being discontinued.

Exchanges and refunds

  • Your refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other card than the one used to place the order. Refunds on goods bought by credit card must be re-credited to that same credit card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or transferred to a third party.

  • We will not refund any shipping costs/import tax incurred by you in receiving an order; the prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, import fees, or VAT. We are not able to refund you for these fees.

  • If you purchased a product in conjunction with a promotion, we will deduct the value of that promotion from any refund we pay to you under the guarantee.

IUD

OrganiCup can be used with an IUD, but we recommend consulting your doctor prior to use and thoroughly reading our in-depth article on the matter: “IUD and the menstrual cup”

To our, and our consultants knowledge, there is no scientific evidence that show that a menstrual cup can interfere with a fitted IUD or dislocate it.

OrganiCup cannot be held responsible for any kind of IUD errors or failings, including it being dislodged, and do not offer any kind of compensation in such case.

TSS

TSS is a rare, but very serious condition. It is a complication of bacterial infections, which has been associated with the use of tampons. However, it is not restricted to women or the use of tampons. In order to get TSS, a person needs to have a specific strain of staph bacteria (staphylococcus aureus) in their body. It is possible to contract TSS when using a cup although it is extremely rare. There has only been a few cases of TSS linked to the use of menstrual cups. To reduce the risk, we recommend only using the cup for maximum 12 hours at the time and take it out to clean it, make sure to wash your hands before inserting and removing the cup.

We, OrganiCup, cannot be held liable for any cases of TSS linked to the use of the cup.

Allergic reactions

We take the safety of the cup very seriously, and all our products carry the AllergyCertified label, which means the organisations has gone through each product’s ingredients and verified that there is a minimal risk of developing allergies or irritations due to usage.

The OrganiCup is the only menstrual cup that is AllergyCertified. It’s made from FDA approved, medical grade silicone a material that has been tested for bio compability and is approved for medical devices and internal use. It’s extremely rare to develop an allergic reaction to medical grade silicone.

However, if one does develop an allergic reaction, OrganiCup cannot be held responsible, and do not offer any kind of compensation in such case.

Win our accessory products raffle

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the all countries defined in the dropdown list provided on our checkout page. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Additionally, all participants expressly consent to receiving promotional marketing material thereafter. Information on opting out and objection to such is available at organicup.com/privacy-policy.

How to enter:  Primary method of entry is to be found on organicup.com in the form of a submission form provided by sleeknote.com. You will only be able to enter once and will participate in the raffle as long as you are present in our newsletter list.

Timing: Our “Win our accessory bundle” raffle is a monthly selection, with one bundle (1 x OrganiWash & 1 x OrganiWipes) to be won amongst all participants.

Selection: Winners are selected randomly from the pool of all participants that entered the raffle. Selection will happen in first monday of the next month.

Notification and delivery of prize: Winners will be contacted in the first two weeks after the raffle of the previous months ended via the email they provided upon entering the raffle. Winners will have to provide a valid shipping address in order to receive the bundle, which will be delivered by a carrier of OrganiCup’s choice under delivery terms decided upon by OrganiCup within reasonable parameters.

General: Any product won through a raffle is not eligible for refund or replacement. Upon receiving the products the winner submits her/his personal information to OrganiCup to be used as any other customer’s information at the discretion of OrganiCup.
