All orders outside Scandinavia are despatched via DHL. Orders inside Scandinavia are despatched via PostNord. We offer 3 different shipping methods:
1. DHL express tracked
2. DHL mail tracked priority
3. DHL mail untracked
The shipping costs and the estimated delivery times are presented in our checkout page. We ship worldwide.
You can pay via our website using Dankort, credit card, Visa, Visa electron, PayPal or bank-to-bank transfer. When we receive payment for a product in stock we will usually despatch within two working days.
If you order before 2:00 P.M., we will usually despatch on that same day.
Delivery times depend on the chosen delivery method and country of destination:
Denmark: DAO 365 home delivery with tracking: 1-2 work days
Denmark: Bring pick-up point with tracking: 1-2 work days
Within Europe (excl. non-EU countries): Express with tracking: 1-2 work days
Within Europe (excl. non-EU countries): Priority with tracking: 2-7 work days
Within Europe (excl. non-EU countries): Non-Priority without tracking: 6-21 work days
Outside Europe: Express with tracking: 1-3 work days
Outside Europe: Priority with tracking: 2-9 work days
Outside Europe: Non-Priority without tracking: 6-30 work days
You can ask for a delivery address different to your home address, e.g. your place of work or some other address.
You decide where you want the parcel delivered. If you wish, you can use your work address, and we shall deliver there.
Our Money Back, Satisfaction Guarantees, are subject to these Terms and Conditions:
Product means any of the following: OrganiCup size A or OrganiCup size B
You, your, yours means you, if you:
- have purchased a Product directly from us or through any of our retailers; and
- make a claim for the money back guarantee within 90 days of that purchase date.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to a claim for the Guarantee.
CLAIMING THE GUARANTEE
- You may only claim the Guarantee within 90 days of the date that you purchased the Product.
- To claim the Guarantee, you need to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You must provide us with the following information to validate your claim:
- your name;
- purchase details; order number
- the reason that you’re claiming the Guarantee.
Any charges that you incur in contacting us about the Guarantee are your responsibility.
We’re providing you with this Guarantee because we stand behind our product and know that you’ll be satisfied with it. But if for some reason the OrganiCup is not for you, then you’ll get your money back.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
- If you claim under the Guarantee you can choose to exchange your Product for an alternative size instead of receiving a full refund of the purchase price. You’ll either be issued with an alternative size product or you’ll receive the full refund.
- Your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the Product. If you used a payment method other than credit card to purchase the Product, the refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer; and
- We will not refund any freight charges incurred by you in in receiving a Product. Please allow 5-10 days from the date that we accept the claim for us to pay you the refund.
- If you purchased a Product in conjunction with a cash-back or voucher promotion, we will deduct the value of that promotion from any refund we pay to you under the Guarantee.
- You are required to return the Product to us to prevent guarantee abuse. The product can be returned to:

- You are required to state your order number on a note inside the return parcel in order for us to refund the order.
- You are limited to one claim every 6 months. An individual claim can relate to multiple Products.
- Our decision on all matters relating to the Guarantee is final. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Guarantee at any time. If we discontinue the Guarantee we will still process claims made before that date and issue refunds if those claims are accepted.
- GENERAL II
- We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Guarantee if you:
- if in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Guarantee that you’re not reasonably entitled to.
- Our decision on all matters relating to the Guarantee is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Guarantee at any time. If we discontinue the Guarantee we will still process and honor the Guarantee for all eligible purchases made prior to the Guarantee being discontinued.
OrganiCup can easily be used with an IUD, but we recommend consulting your doctor prior to use and thoroughly reading our in-depth article on the matter: “IUD and the menstrual cup”
To our, and our consultants knowledge, there’s no scientific evidence that show that a menstrual cup can interfere with a fitted IUD or dislocate it.
OrganiCup cannot be held responsible for any kind of IUD errors or failings, including dislodgement, and do not offer any kind of compensation in such case.
