Order tracking

oRDER TRACKING

Choose your delivery method or check our troubleshooting:

Mail untracked

It is not possible to track untracked orders, as they do not have a shipment number assigned to them. Untracked orders will be delivered as regular mail.

If your order has not shown up at its destination within the estimated time frame, we ask you to first get in touch with your local post office and ask if they have any parcels under your name.

You will usually receive a note at your address if your order is available for pick-up.

If you are unable to locate your order, please get in touch with us at support@organicup.com, and we will sort it out.

Mail Tracked Priority

1. When you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive a receipt via email.
Your order status is now processing and will be shipped within 1-2 weekdays.

 

2. Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from tracking-noreply@webshipr.com containing all necessary tracking information.

You will also receive another email from us, confirming that it has been shipped.
Your order status is now completed.

 

3. In the email, click the “Click here to track your order” button.
You will then be redirected to the “Where is my shipment” site on www.deutschepost.de.

This site contains your shipment number and shipping date – both necessary to track your order.

 

4. Click the “Find my shipment” button and your item status will be displayed.
The item status is the latest available tracking information from Deutsche Post.

When your order has reached the country of destination it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery. You will now need to contact them for tracking information about your order!

 

5. Go to the tracking website of the local postal service of your country and enter your shipment number. The latest available tracking information will be displayed there.

If your local postal service is unable to provide you with any tracking information about your order, please get in touch with us at support@organicup.com and we will sort it out 

UPS Mail innovations

1. When you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive a receipt via email.
Your order status is now
processing and will be shipped within 1-2 weekdays.

 

2. Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a new email from us – containing all necessary tracking information.
Your order status is now completed.

 

3. To track your order, copy your 25-digit tracking number and go to https://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
Paste your tracking number into the “Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers:” field.

The latest available tracking information will be displayed there.

 

If UPS is unable to provide you with any tracking information about your order, please get in touch with us at support@organicup.com and we will sort it out.

 

wHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY TRACKING SAYS…

  • “No information could be found regarding the mail item.”


    Your parcel has just been shipped.


    Please note that it might take 1-2 weekdays before any tracking information is available.

    If the status doesn’t update after 3 weekdays, please get in touch with support@organicup.com.


  • “It was not possible to reach the recipient; the item was scanned. The item is either being delivered in XX or being held for pick-up.”


    Your order is available for pick up, or it’s in the process of being delivered.


    If you are not sure where to pick up your order, please get in touch with your local postal service, and provide them with your shipment number. Usually, this can be done via their online tracking site.


  • “The item was handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt to be forwarded to the country of destination. Unfortunately the tracking and tracing of the destination country does not offer a data interface with the tracking and tracing of Deutsche Post AG. Further information is also provided by the website of the country of destination.”


    Your order will soon have been transferred to the postal service in your country.


    Check your local postal service tracking site for the latest update.

    If no information is available, and this status does not change after 4 weekdays, please get in touch with support@organicup.com, as your order might have gotten lost during transit, or is being held in customs.

    If you have not received your order when this status is displayed, do the following:


    • Confirm that no one else has received the package. Check with your household and neighbours, and remember to look in your mailbox / property.

    • You might have received a note to pick up your order. Get in touch with your local post office and see if they have any packages for you.

    • Maybe your order was delivered at the wrong address. Confirm your address in your order receipt.

    Get in touch with support@organicup.com if you are still not able to locate your package.

  • “The item was returned and delivered to the sender on XX.”


    Your order was sent back to us.


    That’s a shame! Maybe you were not notified to pick up your package, or you were not at home when the postal service attempted delivery.
